About Kerrie
Warm-hearted, authentic, articulate & pragmatic
From the beginning, I wanted to make the world a better place. After 30 years working with a wide variety of people, organisations and contexts, I believe that to create a positive change in the world, I need to work with people like you – people who are purpose driven achievers who want to make a positive impact through business, leave a legacy they are proud of – and pursue meaning, satisfaction and joy in their lives.
In my role either as a public relations or an organisational development resource, I have walked through hundreds of workplaces and talked to even more stakeholders – leaders, employees, students, trainers, suppliers, unions, government bodies, communities and industry associations. Across industries including manufacturing, engineering, retail, agrifoods, finance and health, arts, education and social services. I have worked on systems and structures, skillset development, leadership development and most importantly, communication. I’m now at the point where all the paths I have taken have come together and I’m committed to support individuals and organisations in their quest for transformation.
I love working closely with individuals, leaders and business owners who want the best for their lives, families and organisations, and the people in them. And with teams that are committed to improving the way they work together and the results they achieve – because they’ve got important work to do.
As an accredited coach (International Coach Federation) and skilled facilitator, I work to build authenticity and sustainability in daily decisions, and bring a deeper resonance between what my clients want, what they say and what they do. As a writer, I capture their stories so they can effectively communicate and inspire deep change and transformation.
I believe it is my life’s mission as a change agent and thought-leader, to influence the leaders of the future so that they can make conscious decisions for a better world.
My passion is to support people like you to become more effective communicators. From how you talk to yourself, to how you work with others and what you put out to the public. Together we would explore what works, what doesn’t, what is needed and the stories that make sense of it all.
Lets communicate
